Training sessions
This is my weekly schedule for squad sessions:
Monday mornings: two track sessions for adults.
One session is from 6-7am and the other is from 7-8am. These are both at Pitt Park, Wentworth Falls ($10).
Tuesday mornings: strength and conditioning session for adults
6:30-7:30am at Wentworth Falls Lake ($20).
Wednesday afternoons: a kids 8-14 years mix of running and strength session
4:30-5:30pm at Pitt Park, Wentworth Falls ($10).
Thursday mornings: two track sessions for adults.
